目前在焊制钢柱和钢梁中,有极大部分是采用焊成的工字型断面。在我厂的施工中,单就这种工字型梁的四条堆角焊缝而言,一般都是采用效率高而变形较小的自动埋弧焊接法。但是无论如何,由于焊接过程的局部受热,归终必使构件产生两种变形:局部的变形和整体的变形。焊制工字型断面的板梁时,局部变形发现在翼缘板两侧的挠曲,而整体变形则表现在整个板梁的弯曲和收缩。
Currently in the welded steel columns and steel beams, a large part of the use of welded into the I-shaped cross-section. In the construction of our factory, in terms of the four heddle fillet welds of such I-beams, the automatic submerged arc welding with high efficiency and small deformation is generally adopted. However, due to the local heating of the welding process, there are two types of deformation that must be made to the component: the local deformation and the overall deformation. When welding a plate girder of a I-section, the local deformation reveals the deflection on both sides of the flange plate, while the overall deformation manifests itself in the bending and shrinking of the entire plate beam.
