牡丹江市秋萝卜生产,每三、四年出现一次大面积抽苔开花。抽苔开花的萝卜个头小,内部纤维化,失去了食用价值。近年来我们进行了大量的生产调查和田间试验,基本查清了主要原因。一、播后遇低温抽苔严重。秋萝卜播种至二片子叶期,如遇16℃以下低温,迅速通过了春化阶段,萝卜从营养生长转入生殖生长而抽苔开花。此时温度越低,时间越长,则抽苔越重。 1982年,牡丹江市、林口镇同甩1981年产的王兆红萝卜种子,牡丹江市7月14日播种,9月14日调查,抽苔率42.3%,二片子叶期平均最低温度15.6℃;同期林口镇调查,抽苔率66.7%,最低温度是14.7℃。林口镇比牡丹江市气温低0.9℃,抽苔高24.4%,可见温度是关键性的外界因素。

Linkou Mudanjiang lower than the temperature of 0.9 ℃, 24.4% high moss, showing the temperature is the key external factors.
