内地企业在香港直接上市,是指我国内地企业作为境内注册法人在香港发行H股并在香港联合交易所上市。至1993年底,已有青岛啤酒等六家大型内地企业成功实现香港上市。内地企业在香港直接上市,对中港经济特别是我国证券市场发展具有重大促进作用,其中有很多经验值得进一步总结和研究。 一、内地企业在香港直接上市的意义
