天津市内八个区人民委員会的档案工作人員为了研究業务、搞好工作、相互学習、共同提高的目的,自一九五六年超就組成了業务研究会。他們推选了組長作召集人,每月至少开会一次,由各区在会前提出本机关迫切需要解决的問題,交組長安排講程。这个業务研究会發揮了檔案員的獨創精神和集体智慧,大大推动了各区档案工作的迅速發展。研究会兩年來的活动大致如下: 一、編制共同使用的重要文件。他們編制了机关档案材料保管期限表、一九五七年案卷类目、街道办事处文書立卷办法和人民来信来訪文件材料保管期限表。每一
Archives staff of the 8 District People’s Committees in Tianjin organized a business seminar since 1956 in order to study business, improve work, learn from each other and work together for improvement. They elected the leader as convenor and met at least once a month. Before the meeting, all districts asked for urgent solutions to their problems and the chairman of the delegation arranged the lecture. This business study has played a role of archivist’s creative spirit and collective wisdom and greatly promoted the rapid development of archives work in various districts. The activities of the seminar in the past two years are as follows: First, the preparation of important documents for common use. They compiled the deadline for filing of archives of organs, the categories of archives in 1957, the method of winding up documents by street offices, and the deadline for deposit of documents and materials by people’s letters and visits.
