文章结合沿海经济发达地区有组织赌博犯罪的实际情况,认为当前有组织赌博犯罪具有成员主体类同性、纠合性,手段多样性,地域垄断性,对象选择特定性,职业化、武装化明显等特点;有组织赌博犯罪滋生蔓延带来的治安、经济、社会等问题严重影响社会稳定;有组织赌博犯罪的滋生蔓延有着深刻的社会、经济、文化等原因。打击防范有组织赌博犯罪活动应增强紧迫感和责任感、提高打击防范实效、增强工作合力等。
Combining with the actual situation of organized gambling crime in coastal economically developed areas, the article holds that the current organized gambling crime has such characteristics as the sameness, consistency, diversity of means, geographical monopoly, particularity of object selection, professionalization and obvious armedization The problems of law and order, economic and social issues brought by the spread of organized gambling crime have seriously affected social stability. The development of organized gambling crime has profound social, economic and cultural reasons.
