南通世纪新城五期二标段位于江苏省南通市世伦路与观阳路西北侧,工程总的建筑面积约10万m~2。基础形式采用筏板基础,7栋高层和1栋商业配套用房地下室全部联通,地下室东西向长约162米,南北向宽约145米,由于工程场地限制,无法利用周边市政、小区道路,要求在进行结构上部施工时,必须利用地下室顶板作为施工重型车辆的临时通道,满足最大60吨施工车辆通行承载要求。
