语言沟通技巧在优质护理服务中起着非常重要的作用,护士通过规范性语言的应用,以礼貌语言为前提,针对具体问题,予以安慰性语言,采用灵活多变的语言交流,把握与病人交谈的技巧等方式,达到与病人有效的沟通,使他们减轻紧张、焦虑等不良心理,增强患者住院期间的安全感,提高患者满意度.
