基于Web of Science的吡喹酮抗药性文献计量学分析

目的从文献计量学角度分析2000~2009年吡喹酮抗药性研究状况。方法以美国ISI Web of Science的Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)引文数据库为检索对象,检索2000~2009年间SCIE收录的有关吡喹酮抗药性的文献,分别对不同国家、机构、著者的发文量、被引频次,文献来源期刊及论文学科分布等进行统计分析。结果 2000~2009年间共有吡喹酮抗药性文献212篇,分布于79种期刊,主要学科分布为寄生虫学(50.47%)、热带医学(32.08%)及公共、环境和职业卫生学(16.98%)。发文数量居前3位的国家分别为美国(32.08%)、英国(19.81%)和瑞士(14.62%),总被引频次居前3位的国家分别为美国(1189次)、瑞士(1032次)和英国(645次)。发文量居前3位的作者分别为来自瑞士热带病研究所的Utzinger J(20篇)、Tanner M(18篇)和意大利国家细胞生物学研究所的Cioli D(14篇),文献总被引频次居前3位的作者依次为Utzinger J、Tanner M和Cioli D,总被引频次分别达到565次、493次和358次。10年间,中国共发文30篇,总被引频次为622次。中国疾病预防控制中心(中国预防医学科学院)肖树华10年间共发文13篇,总被引频次为329次,篇均被引频次达到25.31次。结论发达国家在吡喹酮抗药性领域占据绝对优势,中国为推动吡喹酮抗药性研究做出了重要贡献。应进一步加大日本血吸虫对吡喹酮抗药性研究的力度。 Objective To analyze the research status of praziquantel resistance from 2000 to 2009 from the perspective of bibliometrics. Methods According to the scienti fi c databases indexed by the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) of ISI Web of Science in the United States, the literature about the resistance of praziquantel collected by SCIE from 2000 to 2009 was searched. The quantities of papers published in different countries, institutes and authors, Citation frequency, literature source journals and the distribution of dissertations and other statistical analysis. Results A total of 212 articles of praziquantel resistance were collected from 2000 to 2009 in 79 journals. The main disciplines were parasitology (50.47%), tropical medicine (32.08%) and public, environmental and occupational hygiene (16.98% ). The top 3 countries with the highest number of deliveries were the United States (32.08%), the United Kingdom (19.81%) and Switzerland (14.62%) respectively. The top 3 most frequently cited countries were the United States (1189), Switzerland ) And the United Kingdom (645). The authors of the top three papers were Utzinger J (20 articles), Tanner M (18 articles) from the Swiss Institute of Tropical Diseases and Cioli D (14 articles) from the Italian National Institute of Cell Biology, respectively. The total number of articles cited The top three contributors were Utzinger J, Tanner M and Cioli D in turn, with 565, 493 and 358 citation times cited. During the 10 years, China has issued 30 articles in total, leading to a total of 622 cited cites. Xiao Shuhua of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine) sent a total of 13 articles in 10 years, with a total of 329 citation-driven citations, each citing 25.25 times. Conclusion The developed countries occupy an absolute predominance in the field of praziquantel resistance. China has made important contributions to the research on praziquantel resistance. Should further increase the Japanese schistosoma resistance to praziquantel research efforts.
