患者女,59岁,近10年反复尿频,约每小时1次,量100ml左右,偶伴尿痛,排尿时出现心慌心悸,四肢苍白,头昏多汗,视物模糊,恶心呕吐,全身乏力,闭目休息或平卧数分钟即可缓解。体检无异常发现,1992年8月28日觉下腹部不适,B型超声波示膀胱壁占位性病变,膀胱充盈、挤压时血压可升至25.3/18.7 kPa,尿后休息一会,降为18.7/12 kPa。
