本文报告经导管选择性肾动脉栓塞１０例。其中肾癌８例．肾外伤血尿２例。８例肾癌均为术前肾动脉栓塞，手术证实栓塞效果良好，利于手术剥离和切除，术中出血大为减少。说明术前肾动脉栓塞．对瘤体大．血供丰富．甚至已有肾周侵犯的病例，确有很大帮助。结合本组病例，本文还讨论了明胶海绵栓塞的优缺点及栓塞治疗肾外伤血尿的初步体会。
