Objective: To control the blood glucose level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, the impact of their maternal and infant outcomes do analysis. Methods: A total of 161 gestational diabetes patients selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as the main subjects of this study. 83 patients who did not control their blood glucose were selected as the observation group and their blood glucose A well controlled 78 patients served as control group. Two groups of maternal and child outcomes were observed. Results: The observation group showed more amniotic fluid and termination of pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage were less than the control group, and Apgar score lower than the control group. In statistics, the significance of the analysis was improved, and the difference between groups was more obvious (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of glycemic control in patients with gestational diabetes has a close impact on the outcome of maternal and infant, and the reasonable control of blood glucose level can improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
