本文建立了用氢化物发生原子荧光(HG—AFS)和氢化物发生原子吸收(HG—AAS)测定各类化妆品(经湿法消解)中微量砷的方法。HG—AFS法检出限为0.5μg/L、HG—AAS法为1.3μg/L。对不同类型化妆品(乳类、膏霜、粉质及水质)重复称量消化测定7次,两种方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9~10.9%范围内;添加两种水平砷标准溶液,测定其回收率在93~114%之间;两种方法比国家标准方法(GB7917—2—87)用样量少,操作简便,灵敏度高,具有良好的精密度和准确度。
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace arsenic in various cosmetics (wet digestion) by hydride generation atomic fluorescence (HG-AFS) and hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-AAS) was established. HG-AFS detection limit of 0.5μg / L, HG-AAS method of 1.3μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the two methods were within the range of 1.9% -10.9% for repeated weighing and digesting tests on different types of cosmetics (milk, cream, silty water and water quality); adding two levels of standard arsenic solution, The recovery rate was between 93% and 114%. Compared with the national standard method (GB7917-2-87), the two methods showed less sample volume, simple operation, high sensitivity and good precision and accuracy.
