目的慢性肾衰是各种肾脏病终末期表现,血液净化疗法使尿毒症病人得以长期存活。长期透析需要良好的血管通路、合理地应用肝素和优质的水处理等。减少肝炎交叉感染是透析单位消毒隔离的重要步骤,对于并发症发生的原因判定与合理处理可以减轻病人反应,对指导今后治疗具有现实意义。
Purpose Chronic renal failure is the manifestation of various end-stage renal disease, blood purification therapy allows patients with uremia to long-term survival.
