教学反思是师资培养的方式之一,新手教师的反思是帮助其成长的重要方法。随着“汉语热”的升温,随之而来的挑战也与日俱增,对国际汉语教师的培养也提出了新的标准和要求。本文就新手教师的教学反思案例进行了分析,结合教学反思的相关理论,探讨如何运用案例分析提高新手教师的综合能力,帮助新手教师成长,尽快适应海外汉语教学环境。
Reflective teaching is one of the ways to train teachers. The reflection of novice teachers is an important way to help their growth. With the rise of “Chinese fever”, the challenges that follow have also increased with each passing day. New standards and requirements have also been set for the training of international Chinese teachers. This paper analyzes the teaching reflexions of novice teachers, and discusses how to apply the case analysis to improve the comprehensive ability of novice teachers, help the novice teachers to grow up, and adapt to the overseas Chinese teaching environment as soon as possible.
