新学年快到了,我们班即将开始四年级的学习生活。回顾上期的工作,通过《小学生守则》和“五讲、四美”的教育,提高了同学们热爱党,热爱祖国的觉悟,大多能认真学习,遵守纪律,尊敬师长,团结友爱。但在工作中,由于对学生从低年级过渡到中年级的年龄、心理特征和思想脉络掌握不准,因而出现了一些问题。部分学生学习目的不明确,态度不端正。学生中“两极分化”已经露头,中差生面有所扩大,“(?)科”现象比较突出。随着学生运动量的增加,少数学生贪玩好耍,组织纪律
