一、引言金刚钻颗粒在滚轮表层空间的分布参数对砂轮的修整质量及效率有着极密切的关系。金刚石滚轮分希参数的检测对改善滚轮生产质量与使用寿命是十分必要的。但目前国内外都还只限于二次复印法来检测滚轮的质量。显然,它将各种误差因素混杂在一起,并且无法估计与评定滚轮的使用效果与使用寿命,因此,滚轮的微机辅助检测系统
