分析了伺服系统定位误差形成的原因,提出了伺服系统采用分段线性减速并以开环方式精确定位的方法,给出了相应的程序流程图,对提高数控机床伺服系统的定位精度具有实用参考价值。
This paper analyzes the reason of positioning error of servo system and proposes a method of using linear slowdown of servo system and precise positioning by open loop. The corresponding program flow chart is given, which has practical reference to improve the positioning accuracy of servo system of CNC machine tool value.
