目的研究老年呼吸系统疾病与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性,为提高其诊断及治疗水平提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法对我院2005年到2013年460例呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM的患者进行总结分析,通过了解其发病情况和分布特点,研究老年呼吸系统疾病与T2DM的相关性。结果呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM总患病率为13.49%,老年组高于非老年组(14.74%vs7.50%,P<0.01),结果具有统计学意义;老年组糖化血红蛋白在正常范围的比率低于非老年组(P<0.05),老年组正常范围比例为13.95%,非老年组正常化范围比例为32.50%,结果具有统计学意义;老年组尿微量白蛋白阳性率高于非老年组(P<0.05),老年组阳性率为67.89%,非老年组阳性率为36.25%,结果具有统计学意义。结论老年患者呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM的患病率高于非老年患者,糖尿病合并呼吸系统疾病的主要原因是血糖控制不佳及合并糖尿病肾病,同时监测血糖在治疗呼吸系统疾病时是非常重要的。
Objective To study the correlation between senile respiratory diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and to provide basis for improving its diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze 460 cases of respiratory diseases complicated with T2DM from 2005 to 2013 in our hospital. The incidence and distribution of 460 cases of T2DM were analyzed. The correlation between senile respiratory diseases and T2DM was studied. Results The overall prevalence of T2DM in respiratory diseases was 13.49%, higher in the elderly group than in the non-elderly group (14.74% vs 7.50%, P <0.01), and the results were statistically significant. The rate of glycosylated hemoglobin in the elderly group was lower in the normal range In the non-elderly group (P <0.05), the normal range of the elderly group was 13.95%, the normal range of the non-elderly group was 32.50%, the results were statistically significant; the positive rate of urinary albumin in the elderly group was higher than that in the non-elderly group P <0.05). The positive rate was 67.89% in the elderly group and 36.25% in the non-elderly group, the result was statistically significant. Conclusions The prevalence of T2DM in elderly patients with respiratory diseases is higher than that in non-elderly patients. The main causes of diabetes complicated with respiratory diseases are the poor control of blood glucose and diabetic nephropathy, and it is very important to monitor the blood sugar in the treatment of respiratory diseases.
