近年来,关于教师心理健康问题的研究越来越受到关注。尤其是当前,中小学教师职业倦怠的现状已严重影响其身心健康。本文从职业倦怠的含义与表现入手,从外部环境和个人因素两方面分析了中小学教师职业倦怠产生的原因,并在此基础上提出一些切实可行的应对策略,以其提高中小学教师的生活质量,促进教育的和谐发展。
In recent years, the research on the mental health of teachers has drawn more and more attention. In particular, the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ job burnout has seriously affected their physical and mental health. Starting with the meaning and performance of job burnout, this paper analyzes the reasons why primary and secondary school teachers burnout from the external environment and personal factors, and based on this, puts forward some practical countermeasures to improve the life of primary and secondary school teachers Quality, promote the harmonious development of education.
