劳资利益关系是现代社会最基本的利益关系,现存的劳资关系主要分为三种类型,即:私有制中的劳资利益关系、公有制的劳资利益关系和股份制中的劳资利益关系。现代劳资关系主要受到产权结构、工会协调、政府调节这三方面因素的影响。现时期,我国的私有企业、国有企业和股份制企业中的劳资利益关系都不十分顺畅,产权、工会与政府等因素作用效应也不十分理想,理顺与协调我国的劳资利益矛盾是构建和谐社会的重要保证。
The relationship between labor and capital is the most basic interest in modern society. The existing relationship between labor and capital is divided into three types: the relationship between labor and capital in private ownership, the relationship between labor and capital in public ownership, and the relationship between labor and capital in joint stock.
