1.移动床交換塔树脂层高度选择: 移动床交換高度与交換流速和水质质量有关,一般采用1米,当然尚未起反应的树脂层高些好,但太高不仅增加树脂用量,也增加压头损失。我们认为:包括保护层树脂总高度选择1.0~1.2米左右,认为是较好的。这样树脂工作交換容量比较充裕,在生产中如发生流速突然增大,再生供盐不足或操纵不当等事故时,出水质量仍可保证,树脂层状态也可以较快恢复,从而保证生产。
