目的 了解精液分析 (SA)与精子 -去透明带仓鼠卵穿透试验 (ZHOT)检测结果的关系 ,以评价此两种实验方法对评估男性生育力的临床实用价值。方法 对 2 2例男性不育症患者作了SA和ZHOT(改良的Yanagimachi方法 )的检测 ,并对SA主要参数指标的检测结果与ZHOT的检测结果 (穿卵率 )进行统计分析。结果 ZHOT之穿卵率与SA主要参数 :精子密度、正常形态精子百分率间有显著的正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与a ,b级活动精子百分率间则有非常显著的正相关 (P<0 0 1)。另外 ,以ZHOT检测结果正常与否分成之两组间其SA主要参数的检测结果间差异均有显著性 (t检验 ) ,其中a ,b级活动精子百分率之差异最为显著 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 改良的Yamagimchi精子 -去透明带仓鼠卵穿透试验确实能比较好的综合反映精液的质量 ,但因其方法较复杂 ,设备要求较高 ,精液分析仍应是一般临床单位评估男性生育力的首选实验室方法。特别是其中精子活动力的测定对男性生育力的评估更具临床实用价值。
Objective To understand the relationship between semen analysis (SA) and sperm-to-zona pellucida hamster egg penetration test (ZHOT) to evaluate the clinical value of these two experimental methods in evaluating male fertility. Methods A total of 22 male infertility patients were tested for SA and ZHOT (modified Yanagimachi method), and the main parameters of SA and ZHOT (ovulation rate) were statistically analyzed. Results There was a significant positive correlation (P <0.05) between the percentage of sperm mothers and the main parameter of sperm density and normal sperm percentage in ZHOT <0 0 1). In addition, there was significant difference (P <0.01) in the detection results of SA main parameters between the two groups, which were divided into two groups according to whether ZHOT was normal or not, and the difference was significant 1). Conclusion The improved Yamagimchi sperm-to-zona pellucida-penetrating test can indeed better reflect the quality of sperm, but due to its complicated method and high equipment requirements, sperm analysis should still be a general clinical unit to evaluate male fertility Preferred laboratory method.
