在医药卫生科学日益发展的今天,医药卫生研究与统计学的关系亦更加紧密。统计方法已成为进行医学研究的有力工具。尤其专为医学统计应用的计算机软件的涌现,使统计方法的运算更加简便、快速。为了使用者正确理解资料的性质、分布以及变量间的关系,从而避免盲目的依赖于调用统计软件中的方法导致错误结论,正确掌握和运用统计方法是非常必要的。本讲准备讲述基本概念及基本方法。
With the growing development of the medical and health sciences, the relationship between medical and health research and statistics has become even closer. Statistical methods have become a powerful tool for medical research. The emergence of computer software, especially for medical statistics applications, makes the calculation of statistical methods easier and faster. It is necessary for the user to correctly understand the nature and distribution of the data and the relationship between the variables so as to avoid blindly relying on the methods in the calling statistical software to cause wrong conclusions. It is therefore necessary to correctly grasp and use statistical methods. This lecture is prepared to explain basic concepts and basic methods.
