通过机械球磨法混合锌、铝粉末,采用压制后真空烧结法制备了高锌铝合金。探讨了烧结温度和锌含量对高锌铝合金组织及性能的影响。研究表明:当锌质量分数为20%,粉末冶金烧结温度为410℃时,锌弥散分布在基体中,使该合金材料得到强化,硬度达到60.8 HB。
Zinc and aluminum powders were mixed by mechanical ball milling and high-zinc aluminum alloy was prepared by vacuum sintering after pressing. The effects of sintering temperature and zinc content on the microstructure and properties of high zinc aluminum alloy were discussed. The results show that when the mass fraction of zinc is 20% and the sintering temperature of powder metallurgy is 410 ℃, the zinc disperses in the matrix and the hardness of the alloy reaches 60.8 HB.
