保持共产党员先进性教育活动,要把学习摆在首位,尤其要把学习《党章》作为重中之重。因为《党章》是我们加强党的建设、改进党的领导的一个总章程,是最根本的党规党法。《党章》的总纲规定了中国共产党的性质,确定了党的指导思想,是《党章》的灵魂,是党的旗帜,是党的基本纲领。《党章》的总纲部分,共23个自然段。第一自然段讲党的性质和最高纲领。
In order to maintain the education of the advanced nature of party members, we must put the study in the first place. In particular, study the “party constitution” as a top priority.
