电子档案是一种将有关资料和档案直接存储在硬盘等媒介上,进而可以直接使用电脑对其进行修改或整理等操作,然后进行保存的过程,是一种新型的档案管理模式。本文针对电子档案的管理工作进行了简要的分析与论述。
E-file is a kind of new file management mode that stores the relevant data and files directly on the hard disk and other media, and then can directly use the computer to modify or organize the data and then save it. This article analyzes and discusses briefly the management of electronic files.
