夹竹桃已为知名之心脏毒物,属于含强心甙的药物之一,文氏及翁、贺、潘三氏对其毒性曾有详尽的论述。自1950年以来,国内共有12例报告,其中有心电图记录者共5例,3例表现为不完全性房室传导阻滞,陶氏等所报告之1例尚伴有发作性心房性心动过速,李氏报告之1例为窦性心动过慢,常氏等报告之1例为完全性房室传导阻滞。本院于1963年3月遇到夹竹桃中毒1例,其心电图表现虽为完全性房室传导阻滞
Oleander has been well-known heart poison, is one of the drugs containing cardiac glycosides, Wen’s and Weng, He, Pan San’s toxicity has been exhaustive exposition. Since 1950, a total of 12 cases were reported in China, of which 5 were recorded by electrocardiogram and 3 cases were incomplete AV block. One case reported by Dow et al was associated with episodic atrial tachycardia Speed, Lee’s report of a case of sinus bradycardia, Chang et al reported 1 case of complete atrioventricular block. The hospital in March 1963 met oleander poisoning in 1 case, although the ECG showed complete atrioventricular block
