高等职业技术教育人才培养模式创新工作目前属于我国教育研究热点领域,由于长期以来以同质化为特点的精英教育传统,使我们的教育思想观念形成了一定的思维定势和管理惯性。这种定势和惯性不仅使我国高职院校的办学理念、教学过程、教学管理和发展模式依然不能摆脱精英教育的运行轨道,而且还阻碍着我国高等职业技术教育的发展进程。我们认为必须创新人才培养模式,使高职教育向能力本位回归,其突破口应当是能力培养与养成。
At present, the innovation work of personnel training mode in higher vocational and technical education belongs to the hot area of education and research in our country. Due to the tradition of elite education characterized by homogeneity for a long time, our thinking on educational concepts has formed certain thinking and management inertia. This tendency and inertia not only make the educational philosophy, teaching process, teaching management and development mode of our higher vocational colleges still can not get rid of the elite education track, but also hinder the development of higher vocational and technical education in our country. We think it is necessary to innovate the mode of training qualified personnel so that higher vocational education will return to capability-based standard. The breakthrough should be in ability cultivation and development.
