本文采用红细胞酵母菌花环试验和双抗体夹心ELISA法对15例反复下呼吸道感染住院患儿进行了红细胞免疫功能(即红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率)测定,同时进行了血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平测定。结果表明:反复下呼吸道感染患儿在疾病发作期,红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率和免疫复合物花环率较健康儿童明显降低(P分别<0.001和<0.01);在恢复期,此两种花环水平仍无升高,与健康儿童比较P<0.001。同时,将患儿红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率和免疫复合物花环率在发作期和恢复期分别进行自身比较,结果表明皆无显著差异(P皆>0.05)。患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素—2受体水平在发作期较健康儿童明显降低(P<0.05),在恢复期则可转为正常。
In this study, erythrocyte immune function (ie, erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor rosette rate and erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate) were measured in 15 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection using the erythrocyte yeast rosette assay and double antibody sandwich ELISA. Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor levels were measured. The results showed that in children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection, the erythrocyte C_ (3b) receptor rosette rate and immune complex rosette rate were significantly lower than those in healthy children (P <0.001 and <0.01, respectively). During the recovery period, There was no increase in the level of rosette, P <0.001 compared with healthy children. At the same time, comparing the rosette rate of erythrocyte C 3 B receptors and rosette rate of immunocomplexes during the attack and recovery phases respectively, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor were significantly lower in children than those in healthy children (P <0.05), and returned to normal in recovery.
