应用双抗夹心间接 ELISA 法观察了32例结核病患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平,发现未治疗的结核病患儿 sIL-2R 水平较接种过卡介苗的正常小儿明显升高(P<0.01);且水平与疾病的严重程度有一定关系。提示血清 sIL-2R 水平的测定可作为鉴别结核菌自然感染的活性免疫与接种卡介苗后的记忆免疫及判断疾病活性的一个新的辅助指标。本文同时对部份化疗患儿血清sIL-2R 进行水平监测,发现化疗3个月时,sIL-2R 水平仍较高,化疗6个月时,sIL-2R 水平才降至正常。提示结核病患儿细胞免疫紊乱,需要一段时间才能恢复,且动态监测 sIL-2R 水平,对于观察病情及疗效有一定帮助。
Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) level was measured in 32 children with tuberculosis by indirect ELISA with double antibody sandwich ELISA. The level of sIL-2R in untreated tuberculosis children was significantly higher than that of normal children vaccinated with BCG (P <0.01); and the level of disease severity has a certain relationship. The results suggest that the determination of serum sIL-2R levels can be used as a new auxiliary indicator to identify the natural immunity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and the immune function after BCG vaccination. At the same time, the level of sIL-2R in serum of some chemotherapy patients was monitored. The level of sIL-2R was still high at 3 months after chemotherapy. The level of sIL-2R was only returned to normal after 6 months of chemotherapy. Prompted cellular immune disorders in children with tuberculosis, take some time to recover, and the dynamic monitoring of sIL-2R levels, for the observation of the disease and the efficacy of some help.
