中国帕金森病医药专利中度分析

统计了1985-2006年与帕金森疾病相关的中国专利状况,从申请时间、国际专利分类、权利人类型、国籍、法律状况方面进行了分析,并给出了一些建议。

The statistic status of Chinese patents related to Parkinson’s disease from 1985 to 2006 was analyzed. The application time, international patent classification, type of right holder, nationality and legal status were analyzed and some suggestions were given.
