做好行为偏差学生的思想转化工作,是学校德育工作的一个非常重要方面,而要做好这一工作的一个重要环节就是经常同这些学生谈话,谈话成功与否关系到转化工作的成败。我体会到与这部分学生谈话时必须注意以下技巧:一、情绪放松行为偏差的同学在教师找他们谈话前,他们一般事先都怀着紧张不安的心情,思想有顾虑,心中想着应付的腹稿。这时,作为教师如不先消除学生的紧张心理,谈话就会变成审问式,甚至使学生产生逆反心理,这样效果就不好,尤其是对高年级学生。为
