11月7日，经管理局技术委员会鉴定，由长话局技协开发的长话“176”综合服务系统通过验收。该项目是北京市电信管理局1996年底下达的科技项目，长话局于1997年初开始实施，4月投入运行。该项目充分利用原有设备优势，投资小、增效快，改变了目前北京长话局对外服务没有统一特服
On November 7, the long-distance “176” integrated service system developed by the Long Trade Association’s Technical Association was approved by the Technical Committee of the Authority. This project is a science and technology project issued by the Telecommunication Administration of Beijing Municipality at the end of 1996. The long board started its operation in early 1997 and put into operation in April. The project make full use of the advantages of the original equipment, small investment, rapid efficiency, changing the current Beijing Long-distance Bureau of foreign service is not uniform
