1病例报告例1患儿男,4个月25天。因呕吐10天就诊。患儿10天前开始非喷射性呕吐,每天4～6次,无发热、咳嗽、腹泻及哭闹不止,以“上呼吸道感染、急性胃肠炎”治疗1周无好转。查体:精神可,前囟平软,颈软,咽红,心肺腹无异常,病理征阴性。实验室检查无异常,肝胆脾及脐部B超未见异常。入院诊断为:上呼吸道感染。入院后追问病史,患儿为活动后呕吐,安静及睡眠时无呕吐,怀疑颅内疾病。查头颅CT示:小脑占位性病变,未见
