[目的 /意义]对高校图书馆文献资源进行价值评估,可以为图书馆申请文献购置经费提供客观依据。[方法/过程]提出一套图书馆价值评估方法,从时间价值、创造价值、替代价值3个角度全面衡量高校图书馆文献资源在各项教学科研工作中的具体贡献,并以大连理工大学图书馆为例进行实证分析,为其他高校图书馆开展价值评估工作提供参考。[结果 /结论]大连理工大学图书馆文献资源在科研工作中的价值均高于教学工作;电子资源的价值均高于纸本资源;与时间价值和创造价值相比,替代价值是最保守的价值评估方法。
[Purpose / Significance] The value assessment of the university library literature resources can provide an objective basis for the library to apply for funding for the acquisition of literature. [Method / Process] This article proposes a set of evaluation methods of library value, which comprehensively measures the concrete contribution of university library document resources in various teaching and scientific research from three aspects: time value, creation value and replacement value. As an example for empirical analysis, to provide reference for other university libraries to carry out value assessment. [Result / Conclusion] The value of literature resources of Dalian University of Technology in research work is higher than that of teaching work. The value of electronic resources is higher than that of paper resources. Compared with time value and value creation, substitution value is the most conservative Value assessment method.
