It is known that there are 14 trace elements essential to human body including iron, fluorine, selenium, zinc, copper, molybdenum, cobalt, chromium, manganese, iodine, nickel, tin, silicon and vanadium. Clinical significance, the normal content of essential trace elements, distribution and biological activity of the hypothalamus to maintain the function of the peripheral glands and the target gland function of the physiological effects of the target gland have a very important impact, but a variety of trace elements of diabetes mellitus Changes, the domestic has not yet been reported, in order to understand the relationship between trace elements and endocrine diseases, we measured 11 kinds of trace elements in patients with diabetes mellitus (Ⅱ and type Ⅰ), and its changes were made preliminary study, are reported as follows.
