新时代,社会充满不确定性,充满机遇和挑战,高职会计专业的学生不仅要掌握会计专业知识、提高实践操作能力,更应提高会计逆商,以不变应万变,把握机遇,迎接挑战。跟其他同龄学生相比,高职学生有一定的缺点,而对高职会计专业学生进行会计逆商的培养与提升,能使其在众多会计人才中脱颖而出。本文从会计逆商的角度,结合高职学生的特点和社会环境的特性,对高职会计专业学生如何能够更好的适应社会,响应时代的召唤,进行初期研究,意图找出高职会计专业学生发展更好的有效途径。
