恶性纤维组织细胞瘤多发于成年或老年人的软组织肉瘤,原发于肾脏者罕见,我科曾收治1例,现报告如下。患者,男,57岁。1989年3月16日入院。1989年1月底出现右上腹隐痛,时有右腰胀痛不适。2月中旬发现右上腹有1包块,门诊查体包块约10×10×7cm~3大小,无压痛,呈结节状。不发烧,无血尿及尿路激惹征。食欲及二便均正常。入院查体:T36.8℃,BP120/70mmHg。发育、营养均好。浅表淋巴结不大,腹软,右上腹可扪及13×10×6cm~3大小包块,质硬,边界清,结节状。压痛(±)、可推动。化验检查:尿(-)、ESR26mm/小时。生化正常。B超:右上腹右肾位置见l巨大实性团块,11×12×10cm~3,外形不规则,内部回声不均匀,
Malignant fibrous histiocytomas occur in adult or elderly soft tissue sarcoma, primary in the kidneys were rare, my department had admitted 1 case, are as follows. Patient, male, 57 years old.
