睾丸脱位临床尚少见,我院遇到2例,报告如下.例1: 28岁,未婚.发现右侧睾丸消失8年人院,体检发现右侧阴囊空虚,右腹股沟部扪及4×3×2cm大小、光滑、质中偏软之肿物.追问病史谓8年前自3米高处坠下,光滑、臀部着地而无明显外伤.嗣后半月发现右阴囊内睾丸消失.诊断为睾丸脱位.术中见右睾丸位于腹股沟臂内,较左侧略小.作睾丸松解、复位、固定术后痊愈出院.例2: 19岁,未婚.发现左侧睾丸消失4年余入院.体检发现左侧阴囊空虚,左腹股沟管皮下环处触及2.5×2×1.5cm大小、光滑、质软偏中肿物.追问病史谓4年前骑自行车时左侧阴囊被撞伤,当时仅感阴囊会阴部疼
