为探讨尿石症的病因,笔者拟从物理学角度分析非自由体位与尿引流和尿石分布的关系。非自由体位系特指能够导致:①肾内尿郁积短期或持续存在的体位;②短期或持续不能直立位排尿的体位;③能引起①和②同时存在的体位。从解剖特征看,最不利于尿引流的体位在肾是直立位,单侧卧位或/和仰卧位,其可导致肾内尿郁积;在膀胱则为非直立位。
To investigate the etiology of urolithiasis, the author intends to analyze the relationship between non-free body position and urinary drainage and urinary distribution from a physical point of view. Non-free body system specifically refers to the ability to cause: ① short-term or persistent renal urine stasis position; ② short-term or persistent position can not urinate urination; ③ can cause ① and ② co-exist position. From the anatomical characteristics, the most unfavorable to the drainage of urine position in the kidney is upright position, one-sided position and / or supine position, which can lead to renal urine stasis; in the bladder is not upright position.
