本文提出雨洪频率估算属于非同频率标准,在设计中应进行转换。同时提出,部分汇流情况往往要比全面汇流的非同频率程度更加明显。非同频率对大小不同频率等级的影响亦全然相同,在设计中均应考虑予以转换。最后提出,考虑非同频率的雨洪关系,采用气候地貌特征转换计算中小流域洪峰流量。
This paper proposes that the estimation of rain-flood frequency belongs to different frequency standard and should be converted in the design. At the same time, it is suggested that some confluence situations tend to be more pronounced than the same frequency of full confluence. The effect of different frequencies on different levels of frequency is also the same. All of them should be considered for conversion in the design. Finally, we propose to consider the relationship between rain and flood at different frequencies, and calculate the peak flow of medium and small watershed by using the transformation of climatic and geomorphological features.
