东深供水二期扩建工程泵站的26台64ZLQ—50和50ZLQⅢ—50水泵,由上海水泵厂生产,水泵叶片采用机械式全调节机构。泵组自安装使用以来出现了一些问题,主要是叶片调节机构强度不足,推力轴承寿命过短,影响了泵组的正常运行。在省水电厅和东深工程指挥部的领导下,省水电安装公司和省水科所联合进行了技术改进。通过现场测试和分析研究,针对引起的原因,提出了“回关”操作法等改善措施,现将情况介绍如下。
26 units of 64ZLQ-50 and 50ZLQⅢ-50 pumps of Dongshen Water Supply Phase II Expansion Project are produced by Shanghai Pump Factory with mechanical full-regulating mechanism. Pump installation since the use of some problems have emerged, mainly lack of strength blade adjustment mechanism, thrust bearing life is too short, affecting the normal operation of the pump. Under the leadership of the Provincial Hydropower Department and the Dongshen Engineering Command, the provincial hydropower installation company and the provincial water science institute jointly carried out technological improvements. Through on-site testing and analysis of the research, aiming at the causes, this paper puts forward some improvement measures such as “back-off” operation method.
