以某车架为研究对象,采用参数化有限元分析方法,进行了弯曲和弯扭工况下的应力、应变研究。通过电测量技术得到实验数据,将其与计算模型进行对比验证,以保证有限元模型的合理性,进而对车架进行了全参数化模型的结构设计优化。以整车轻量化为目标,得到了满足结构强度的最优方案。
Taking a frame as the research object, the parametric finite element analysis method was used to study the stress and strain under bending and bending and twisting conditions. The experimental data is obtained through electrical measurement technology, and compared with the calculated model to verify the rationality of the finite element model, and then the structural design of the fully parametric model is optimized. With the goal of vehicle weight reduction, the optimal solution to meet the structural strength has been obtained.
