预涂型厌氧胶具有诸多优异的性能,但其耐湿热性能、固化速率等仍然欠佳。研究结果表明:通过对预涂型厌氧胶中单体、成膜乳液和促进剂的筛选,可制备出扭矩强度较高、耐湿热性能良好和固化速率适中的预涂型厌氧胶;该预涂型厌氧胶的初固时间为30 min、破坏扭矩为16.8 N·m和平均扭矩为36.0 N·m,并且其耐湿热性能较优(经湿热老化后,其破坏扭矩、平均扭矩分别为13.9、31.2 N·m)。
Pre-coated anaerobic adhesive has many excellent properties, but its resistance to wet heat properties, such as curing rate is still poor. The results show that pre-coated anaerobic adhesives with high torque strength, good heat and humidity resistance performance and moderate curing rate can be prepared by screening monomers, film-forming emulsions and accelerators in precoated anaerobic adhesives. The pre-coating anaerobic adhesive initial curing time of 30 min, the breaking torque of 16.8 N · m and the average torque of 36.0 N · m, and good resistance to heat and humidity performance (after damp heat aging, the breaking torque, the average torque respectively 13.9, 31.2 N · m).
