来自生殖系统以外的原发癌常可转移到卵巢,但同时累及子宫者罕见,本院见到2例,报告如下。例1,女,42岁,月经史18(4～5/30)。20个月前行胃腺癌根治术,淋巴结未见转移。术后一般情况可,月经正常。近4个月来阴道不规则流血,半月前发现下腹包块。查体,心肺(一),肝、脾末触及。妇科检查,外阴、阴道(一),宫颈Ⅰ度糜烂,子宫如50天妊娠大小,宫体右前方扪及一拳头大肿块,实质感。术中见右侧卵巢有8×6×5cm肿块,结节状,左侧卵巢有一鸭蛋大肿块,结节状。子宫略大,行子宫及双侧附件切除。病理镜检:子宫
