本研究在单条动脉实验模型上,应用Ⅰ标记血小板观察了CD_(w41)及本蛭素对模拟血管成形术后血小板沉积量的影响.结果表明,仅用肝素抗凝组(2单位/ml)损伤段血小板沉积量为:9.42±2.01×10~6个血小板/cm~2和402.37±72.85×10~6个血小板/g;未损伤段血小板沉积量为:1.25±0.57×10~6个血小板/cm~2和67.53±18.46×10~6个血小板/g(P<0.01).CD_(w41)及水蛭素组损伤段血小板沉积量与对照组损伤段相比分别减少了73%和43%.
In this study, the effect of CD_ (w41) and hirudin on platelet deposition after simulated angioplasty was observed by using platelet I in a single arterial model.The results showed that heparin anticoagulation (2 units / ml) The amount of platelet deposition in the injury segment was 9.42 ± 2.01 × 10 ~ 6 platelets / cm ~ 2 and 402.37 ± 72.85 × 10 ~ 6 platelets / g in the injury segment. The platelet deposition in the non-injury segment was 1.25 ± 0.57 × 10 ~ 6 platelets / cm ~ 2 and 67.53 ± 18.46 × 10 ~ 6 platelets / g (P <0.01). CD_ (w41) and hirudin group injury segment platelet deposition compared with the control group injury segment decreased by 73% and 43% .
