道德信息是产生现实道德调控力的事实依据。传统道德体系将道德信息的传播局限于“熟人”范围,这严重制约了道德调控的作用领域和力度,不能适应市场经济下社会主义道德建设的需要。借鉴西方国家征信制度的模式,通过建构制度化的新型道德信息传导机制,实现道德信息完整、准确、快捷的无障碍传递,不仅扩展了道德调控范围,还能通过新生道德主体的参与更新道德观念,进而促成社会主义市场经济条件下新型道德体系的产生和发展。
Moral information is the factual basis for producing realistic moral regulation. The traditional moral system limits the dissemination of moral information to the range of “acquaintances ”, which severely restricts the field and intensity of moral regulation and control and can not meet the needs of socialist moral construction in a market economy. Learn from the model of credit information system in western countries and realize the complete, accurate and speed-free transmission of moral information by constructing institutionalized new transmission mechanism of moral information, which not only expands the scope of moral regulation but also renews the moral through the participation of new moral body Concept, thus contributing to the emergence and development of a new moral system under the conditions of a socialist market economy.
