本文对八种载体物质在测定高纯锌杂质中的效果作了比较,并选择了其他合适的测定条件。本法的要点是:先将金属样品转化为氧化物,然后加入5%氟化钡,磨匀,装入直径3.5亳米,深3.5毫米的孔状电极,用250V、10A直流电弧进行激发,在φC—13—1型光栅摄谱仪上摄谱,能同时测定18个杂质元素,其测定下限为0.03~1ppm,相对标准偏差为±5~20%。文中并对氟化钡的作用机理提出了初步的看法。
In this paper, eight kinds of carrier substances in the determination of high-purity zinc impurities were compared, and choose other suitable measurement conditions.
