本文首先介绍了财政政策实施的背景和情况,然后应用贵州省1998年至2007年的统计资料对财政政策效应做了分析,研究结果表明,经济增长速度达到了预期的目标,但收入差距有扩大的趋势,财政政策的实施并未解决经济发展的深层次问题。
This paper first introduces the background and circumstances of the implementation of fiscal policy, and then analyzes the effect of fiscal policy by using the statistical data from 1998 to 2007 in Guizhou Province. The results show that the economic growth rate has achieved the expected goal but the income gap has widened The implementation of fiscal policy has not solved the deep-seated problems of economic development.
