壹.中期增长:关键 是调整结构 主持人:最近不少学者强调指出,我国国民经济中长期发展过程中的一切重大难点问题的解决,包括持续增长、启动消费、增加就业、提高国际竞争力、规避国民经济运行风险以及实现可持续发展等,最终都依赖于结构性矛盾的缓解。党的“十五大”文件指出,结构调整是“国民经济发展的迫切要求和长期任务”。一是迫切,二是长期。1998年的发展实践是否证明了这一基本判断?
